Through Papahana Aloha ʻĀina Hawaiʻiʻs Ola i ka ʻĀina - Mohala Nā Pua Leadership program, youth are introduced and inducted into the organization.  Through traditional Hawaiian practices, Hawaiian language usage, mālama wahi kupuna service, hands-on learning, they are mentored to become leaders in the program, for their communities, and for the lāhui.
